Nordix Esport wasn’t built to chase hype — it was built to challenge how things are done in esports.

We’ve seen what happens when short-term wins are prioritized over structure, values, and people.

That’s why Nordix was started: to create a serious, long-term environment where competitive integrity and team culture come first — and where young players can grow into more than just aim machines.

We’re a Norwegian esports team with our roots in Counter-Strike, built on the belief that if you do things right, the results will come. Through discipline, balance, and real team mentality, we’re competing at the top in Norway and now making our mark beyond our borders.

Nordix is still growing — but we’re not here to rush. We’re here to last. And this is just the beginning.

Our Story

From the bottom to the top — without a single step back.

Nordix Esport was founded in 2021 with a clear goal: to do things right, and earn every inch of progress. No shortcuts. No empty promises. Just structure, discipline, and a commitment to building a serious, value-driven esports team.

What started as a small initiative has grown into one of Norway’s most respected names in competitive Counter-Strike. Season after season, we climbed through the ranks of Good Game Ligaen — the country’s official national league — and in 2024, we became the first team ever to rise from the lowest division to 1. divisjon without a single relegation along the way.

But we didn’t just make it to the top — we made it count.

In our debut season at the highest level, we finished in the top four, earning a spot in the national finals. No newly promoted team had ever done that before.

In the same year, we also signed our first official sponsor agreement with Melums, a trusted partner that has helped us develop official jerseys and custom merch. Since then, Float, a local glass specialist, and Aase Media, a B2B media production company, have joined the journey — and more are on the way.

Behind the results is more than just talent. It’s the product of long hours, clear values, and a shared belief in building something sustainable — a culture that puts team over ego, and process over hype.

We represent players across Norway, but our roots are planted firmly in Rogaland. From here, we look forward — to competing internationally, to growing responsibly, and to continuing a journey that’s only just begun.
